This hotel has a convenient location in the heart of town and close to the attractions we wanted to visit. The service faced some challenges, mainly due to unforeseen circumstances like a hurricane. The dining experience was satisfactory, and the facilities met our basic needs but could use a bit of updating.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with some ups and downs. The location was ideal, close to the areas I wanted to visit, but lacking in nearby dining options beyond fast food places. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, but the room cleanliness left much to be desired with the presence of cockroaches and a mysterious stain on the floor.
I ended up with 1 King bed and a couch, and surprisingly, you didn't even need a card to get into the room. Overall, the room wasn't as bad as expected. However, I was frustrated when the issue I reported to the staff didn't get promptly resolved, and the following day I had to track down someone else to assist me.
